Personal Lines Web Application
Year long project to redesign an existing web application that provided
outside insurance agents with the ability to directly purchase and
update several lines of personal insurance for their customers.
I was the only information architect and interaction designer for
the project.
Design Challenge
Redesign and expand the functionality of Liberty Northwest's web application for personal lines agents to manage their business. The current application was confusing for novice agents and lacked necessary functionality.
